Action Against Hunger’s Fundraising and Communications team is growing and with ambitious targets within our 2016-2020 strategy, we are looking for a Trusts and Foundations Senior Officer to help us grow our income from Family and Corporate Trusts and Foundations. Trusts and Foundations is a relatively new area of fundraising for Action Against Hunger so we are looking for an experienced and confident candidate who is looking to work in a dynamic environment alongside a team of dedicated staff.
The role will be responsible for looking after a small pool of current Trusts and Foundations and reporting back to them on ongoing projects. However the majority of this role will be proactively developing new relationships and writing high quality applications to increase income within this fundraising stream.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about international development and has a strong Trusts and Foundations background to deliver our strategy. Working alongside the Head of Fundraising Development and Head of Corporate Fundraising, the candidate will ensure that we have a continuous pipeline of prospects that we are researching and approaching for funding aligned with our organisational priorities.
The candidate we are looking for will have excellent communication and stewardship skills and be looking for an exciting new role in helping us shape our Trusts and Foundations portfolio.
